Orders that are shipped ship via Priority Mail or FedEx and should arrive in 1-2 business days after it leaves the bakery. You do not need to be home to sign for the package in order for it to be left. We do recommend you try and be home when delivered due to certain weather conditions that may occur. It is not advised to leave your package outside in hot or wet weather.
If you did not specify a date you needed your order by your order will ship as follows:
If you place an order on:
Mon --- ships no later than Thursday
Tues-Thurs --- ships no later than the following Monday
(longer wait as we do not ship Fri-Sat)
Fri --- ships no later than Tuesday
Sat --- ships no later than Wednesday
We do not ship orders on Fridays or Saturdays as we want to make sure your purchase gets to you at the freshest possible. Your order will be baked and shipped the same day. On occassion, we may need to adjust the above shipping schedule due to a high volumn of orders. If this occurs your order will be shipped in the order it was received.
Yes, it is recommended that you schedule for events to be 2-3 weeks earlier than the event date to avoid your date being booked. It is also recommended you figure your delivery date to be 2-3 days prior to the actual date needed to allow for any delays that may occur with the shipping if not being delivered/picked up.
For weddings, it is best if you placed your order as soon as possible to avoid your date being booked. We currently do not have the option of pick-up at the listed address as this is a home bakery. However, I do offer pick-up at times depending on the date needed and my availability if requested at a convenient alternate pick-up location. Please email me prior to ordering if you need an order for pick-up.
Free delivery is available to Girard, Ohio addresses. There is also free delivery to many local businesses (McDonald, Youngstown, Vienna, Niles, Howland, Boardman, Poland and Canfield) with a minimum purchase of $35 or a $6 delivery fee if order is less than $35. If needing a particular date/time, arrangements must be made via emailing us prior to placing order.
