PLACING ORDERS

 

There are a few different ways in which you may place your order.

They are as follows:

 (Offers a more personal approach. Also for those who would

prefer to pay in cash or with Venmo.)

Please do NOT use the shopping cart to place your order on

this site as it has been disabled.

When placing your order through email, please state  the date you

need it for pick up. If no date is mentioned, you will receive your order at the earliest available date. You will receive an email and/or text when ready for

pick up. Orders are processed in the order they arrive. Smaller orders can be placed 1-2 weeks ahead, however, larger orders for events should be placed at least 2-3 months (depending on order size) prior to event date. It is best to place your order as soon as possible to avoid your date being booked as we take a

limited amount of orders each month.

 

SHIPPING​

Shipping is available to Ohio addresses only. This is due to the

cottage food laws here in Ohio. You can place your order

for shipping through my online Etsy shop noted below.

​​ WEDDINGS

 

For weddings, it is suggested you place your order at least 2-3 months

ahead although it is best to place your orders as soon as possible so that

your date does not get booked. There is a 50% nonrefundable down

payment on all wedding orders with the rest being due 1 week prior to

the pick up date. If your wedding is cancelled due to it being COVID related,

we will allow a rescheduling of your date. If we cannot accommodate the later date, we will then refund you your deposit.

PAYMENT

​

For orders through email, we currently accept cash.

You may also pay using the no-contact app Venmo (PayPal owned, must

have an account. Customer pays 1.9% transaction fee (can use a

credit/debit card). Other payments using credit card, Apple Pay and

Google Pay are available when placing an order through my Etsy shop.

A 50% deposit must be made on orders prior to pick up if over $100. If not over $100 you may place your order and pay ahead with Venmo anytime prior to  pick up or with cash at pick up. Checks may or may not be accepted

for deposits depending on how far in advance you place your order.
